Eric Bannwart is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Sebago Watersports, recent winner of the 5 Diamond Award for 'Best Shoreside Excursion' by www.AgentCruiseReview.com. Sebago's fleet of three catamarans offer trips to the reef, champagne sunset cruises and all-day adventure cruises.

Eric is also the Vice President of the Key West Attractions Association, on the board of directors of the Key West Innkeepers Association and HSMAI (Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International), and a member of the Lodging Association, Business Guild and Key West Chamber of Commerce.

Eric's efforts to promote SEBAGO Watersports and Key West have resulted in special mentions on BBC, VH1, Telemundo, SkyChannel and most recently MTV's "Real World: Key West".

Daniel is a Personal Trainer and President of WeBeFit, Key West’s largest personal training company. As a trainer, Dan works closely with his clients during one-on-one sessions to help them achieve their fitness goals.

As President of WeBeFit, Dan has made education one of his companies priorities. Since the year 2000 he’s directed the WeBeFit Research Team to reach out and demystify health and fitness through the WeBeFit website, his online newsletter and more recently a weekly column in the Key West Citizen.

Dan is a member of the Key West Business Guild, a certified Aerobic and
Fitness Association of America Personal Trainer and member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.


Jeffrey Dunaway
Our resident Real Estate expert Jeffrey Dunaway details the ins and the outs of the local market.

Jeffrey Dunaway moved to Key West fourteen years ago and has been a successful real estate agent for the last nine years.  Jeffrey has always been community and service oriented and has spent many hours working on funding and organizing charitable events, as a vestry of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, as a Key West Tree Commissioner, and serving as a member on the Key West Association of Realtors MLS Committee.  Jeffrey speaks five languages and his success in real estate paved the way to his own real estate office, Dunaway McKenzie Realtors, that he opened with his business partner John McKenzie.
